General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the booking of BlueRose dance partners and packages

  1. Replacement in case of cancellation of the BlueRose dance partner:
    If the BlueRose dance partner assigned in the course of a booking is unable to provide the agreed service due to illness or other unforeseeable circumstances, we will endeavour to provide an equivalent replacement. If this is not possible, we will refund the proportionate amount of the booked service.
  2. Right of cancellation:
    Our services are leisure organisation services that are agreed for a specific date and time. The right of cancellation according to §4 Abs 1 Z 9 FAGG (Fernabsatz- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz) is therefore excluded.
  3. Photos and video recordings:
    The taking of photos or video recordings of the BlueRose dance partner is not permitted without the express consent of the dance partner. Official photos included in certain service packages may only be used for private purposes.
  4. Exchange of contact details:
    The exchange of contact details with the booked BlueRose dance partner for future appointments concerning dancing or balls is not permitted. Any contact for future dance or ball activities must be handled via LL Products and Services e.U.. The customer is prohibited from directly engaging the BlueRose dance partner, whom they have booked via the BlueRose platforms or via LL Products and Services e.U., for further activities, regardless of whether this is done for a fee or free of charge. If the BlueRose dance partner is engaged directly by the customer for further dance services, LL Products and Services e.U. reserves the right to assert appropriate claims for damages. The amount of compensation will be calculated on the basis of the lost agency fees.
  5. Liability:
    Liability for slight negligence in the event of damage to property is excluded.
  6. Payments:
    Payment for hourly or ball packages is made immediately after booking and confirmation of the service. Accepted payment methods are credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
  7. Behavioural guidelines and code of conduct:
    We expect our customers as well as our BlueRose dance partners to treat each other in a respectful and appropriate manner. Should the BlueRose dance partner notice any inappropriate behaviour, they reserve the right to cancel the escort without refund.
  8. Data protection and confidentiality:
    Your personal data will only be used to process the booking and provide the service. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
  9. Changes and adjustments to the GTC:
    LL Products and Services e.U. reserves the right to amend these GTCs at any time. The customer will be notified of the amended terms and conditions in good time before the service is utilised.
  10. Liability for force majeure:
    LL Products and Services e.U. shall not be liable for delays or non-fulfilment of the agreed services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics or official orders.
  11. Jurisdiction:
    The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. Austrian law shall apply to all disputes arising from the use of our services.
